To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in unused condition, with its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. The refund process typically takes approximately 30 days to complete, subject to verification, and may entail deductibles. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we retain the right to decline any refund request that does not adhere to our return policy requirements.

Additionally, we may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel returns and refunds for any individual or entity, as determined by us. It's important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The item maintains it’s original condition: no signs of wear on the jewellery, the tag is still attached, the packaging is intact.
Sale & Promotional Items: Items purchased at reduced prices during our sales or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase but no refund will be provided.

We will respond with the list of all return options based on your location.

We will subtract the return shipping cost from your refund. In case of a confirmed defect in the jewellery, the return ships for free.
